Shipping Policy

The nature of customized one of a kind items dictates that production times are slower than off the shelf retail items. For items we carry blank stock on the usual production time is 5 business days or less. During peak times it could be longer and in the unlikely event the production time will be in excess of 5 business days we will send you and e-mail notifying you of the delay. If the delay is in exces of 10 business days you will have the right to cancel within 24 hours of receiveing the notification. Failure to notify 3CGraphics of your cancellation will result in the order being filled and charged.

For screen printed items the normal production time is 10 business days from final art approval.

For custom signing and banners normal producation time is 5 business days from final art and layout approval.

Shippping times are in addition to production times and vary depending on the method you choose. We use UPS, FedEX, and USPS and will notify you with tracking numbers when your order ships (except USPS who does not offer tracking numbers on regular mail).

Return Policy

*Errors on our part refer to any change we make that is not authorized or approved by the customer. It can also refer to any item with a hole, rip, or tear. We can not be help responsible for any mistakes or quality reproduction issues in spelling or art omission that are present on the approved, submitted client artwork or client-approved proof. If the client for any reason declines a proof, the art will be considered approved as is.

Refunds are offered as replacement items or in-house credit for future purchase or like kind refund (credit card purchases will be refunded to the same credit card, etc.).

We have a right to possession of defective merchandise, and it will be our decision as to whether to issue a replacement or credit. Return Authorizations are requested via email or regular USPS mail before returning merchandise. This authorization must be requested in writing either USPS or email within 3 days of receiving your shipment.

In-house credit amounts to be issued shall be solely determined by the original invoice for those goods in question.

In all cases, the customer agrees to abide by our terms, conditions, and shipping policy.

Cancellation policy:

If production has started or items have been ordered from the mill on a custom order, no cancellation is allowed as it applies to a refund or credit.

Other issues:

Printing on textiles is not be the same as paper copy printing; nor will the inks used be the same as laser or ink jet inks. There are inherent differences in how we all see color, and there are differences in dye lots, ink lots and other factors affecting perfect repeatablility.

If your printing requires "perfect" duplication as printed on paper or seen on a computer screen, please contact us well before submitting the job to be printed. We will go over your art and requirements with you and determine the best course to follow. In some rare instances it may not be possible to print the job due to the limitations of screen printing on textiles and 3CGraphics reserves the right to refuse the print job if we feel that the expectations are will not be met.

NOTE: Computers and graphic cards and monitors differ from computer to computer resulting in different appearances. What we see will be different from what you seein almost all cases.

3CGraphics is providing Member with retail goods and or services including but not limited to custom decorated gifts, screen printing, signs, and banners. Member must provide (1) all equipment necessary for their own Internet connection, including computer and modem and (2) provide for Member’s access to the Internet, and (3) pay any fees relate with such connection.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties.

The site is provided by 3CGraphics on an “as is” and on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3CGraphics makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the use or the results of this web site in terms of its correctness, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise. 3CGraphcis shall have no liability for any interruptions in the use of this Website. 3CGraphics disclaims all warranties with regard to the information provided, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 5. Modifications and Interruption to Service

3CGraphics reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Service with or without notice to the Member. 3CGraphics shall not be liable to Member or any third party should 3CGraphics exercise its right to modify or discontinue the Service. Member acknowledges and accepts that 3CGraphics does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to our website and operation of our website may be interfered with or adversely affected by numerous factors or circumstances outside of our control.
